Each class in a session features elements from these four categories.

Dig in the dirt, follow a recipe, make a potion, grind some lavender or decorate tree cookies.

Plant a seed,  identify a plant, gather acorns, look and listen for birds, bugs, and worms.

Jump from a stump, rake leaves, climb logs, push a log or pull a rope. 

Build a fort, stack stones, pile up sticks, find a faery garden, or create a leaf spinner.
